Terms and Conditions for SatStore UK

DELIVERY
We will make every endeavour to ensure that orders are delivered promptly and correctly and on time.
Please note however, that credit card/debit card applications can take longer to process for security purposes
and this processing may add to the delivery time.
Orders are normally dispatched same-day after credit/debit card validation & acceptance by SatStore (UK) Ltd.

CANCELLATIONS
Under the United Kingdom's Distance Selling Regulations,
you have the right to cancel the contract for the purchase of any of these items within 7 days of delivery.
This applies to all of our products. However, we regret that we cannot accept cancellations
of contracts for the purchase of equipment which has had warranty seals removed, or has been marked or damaged in use.
This includes tampering or the re-programming of items with unauthorised software.
Goods must be returned in original condition as supplied by us and complete with all product packaging, fittings, manuals etc.
To cancel this contract, please telephone us within 7 days of delivery of goods, giving the reason for the return as "Contract cancellation".
Quote your Invoice number and date of purchase as well as items ordered.
Please package the relevant item securely and send it to us with a copy of the invoice, if possible,
so that we receive it within 14 working days of the date that the item was delivered to you.

For your protection, we recommend that you use a recorded delivery service.
Please note that you will be responsible for the costs of returning the goods to us
unless we delivered the item to you in error or the item is faulty.
On receipt of cancelled orders, we will refund the relevant part of the purchase price within a maximum of 28 days
subject to the conditions outlined above.

RETURNS
If you have any queries or difficulties regarding your received goods, please contact us, preferably by email or phone (0845 2263360).
We can often advise on minor problems or help with tracking/tracing your order.
If returning goods to us please insure the return for the appropriate value when posting (for your protection!)
and remember to retain your postal certificate.
If returning goods for exchange or warranty work, please enclose the correct amount for postage as set out in our postage&packing rates.
Items cannot be exchanged, replaced or repaired under warranty unless correct postage amount is enclosed.
Please state details of fault if warranty repair and supply a daytime telephone contact number.

CLAIMS FOR LOST IN TRANSIT
All items dispatched by SatStore (UK) Ltd will have proof of dispatch and tracking.
In the unlikely event of items being lost in transit, a claim will be made with the Courier for compensation.
Please note that SatStore (UK) Ltd will not reimburse for any lost items, or refund any compensation
until the claim has been successfully received by us.
This can take several weeks (especially overseas items) depending on the Courier.

WEEE Compliance
The "Waste Electrical and Electronic Equipment" Directive (WEEE Directive)
aims to minimise the impact of electrical and electronic goods on the environment,
by increasing re-use and recycling and reducing the amount of WEEE going to landfill.
It seeks to achieve this by making producers responsible for financing the collection,
treatment, and recovery of waste electrical equipment,
and by obliging distributors to allow consumers to return their waste equipment free of charge.
All relevant WEEE can be retuned to SatStore (UK) Ltd, at the address below, for FREE
disposal at our local authorised depot, provided by Severn Waste.
